TERMS OF ORDER
The prices include the following for Buffet:
1) Complete layout with table, tablecloth, skirting, chaffing dish and warmer.
2) Full sets of Disposable wares, Serviettes, Chili, Ketchup & Garbage Bag

3) Minimum no. of persons per event order; 30 persons
4) Transport Charges $40 per trip (Waiver of transport charges for order of $600 above)
5) Surcharge of $50 applied for collection before 9.00am. or after 10.30 pm.
6) Please confirm your order of 5 working days in advance.
7) Order is deemed as confirmed upon booking by phone, via email or fax. Any changes must be confirmed 3 days before function date.
8) Prevailing GST is chargeable on total invoice amount.

Cancellation or Postponement Charge
9) 30% of the total order amount for order cancellation/postponement notice received 3 working days before event date.
10) An administrative charge of 60% of the total bill applies for cancellation made on the event date.
11) For any amendments made after confirmation, an administrative charge applies.

Payment Terms
12) Cash or Crossed Cheque upon delivery of food, made payable to: ‘PIN SI KITCHEN PTE LTD’.
13) Orders are subject to availability of date. Please call us to confirm date availability.
* Confirmation of your fax/email booking will be made via the telephone. If you do not hear from us within the next business days, please kindly contact us.

Saturday: 9am - 4:30pm
** Kindly note that we do not supply takeaway boxes for buffet.

2. 人数最少三十人, 如所定人数不超过六十人或茶点菜单低于六百元，需付四十元运送费。
3. 如早上九点前或晚上十点三十分过后收餐具，则需付五十元收费。
4. 请在五天前预定您的定单.
5. 如取消定单少于三天, 则需赔偿(大约为定单价钱的 30%)消费, 或在当天取消定单则需给予60%赔偿。
6. 确定后的任何更改， 需另付行政费。
7. 现收现付(现钱或支票付款),支票请注明:’PIN SI KITCHEN PTE LTD.’
8. 我们会通过电话以示确定您的定单,如在各工作日未接获我们的讯息, 请即刻联络我们。
