Pin Si Kitchen Lucky Draw Campaign Terms and Conditions

The following requirements must be met to qualify for the Pin Si Kitchen Lucky Draw:

Campaign Details

• Campaign Period: The campaign runs from 10th April 2025 to 10th July 2025.

• Eligible Purchases: Participants receive one (1) lucky draw chance for every $30 spent in a single receipt on any Pin Si Kitchen Pte Ltd products, including frozen items, XO Sauce, and Hokkien dumplings, at participating outlets within the campaign period only.

• Participating Outlets: Purchases must be made from the following outlets:

  • FairPrice (outlets selling Pin Si Kitchen products)

  • Ang Mo Supermarket (outlets selling Pin Si Kitchen products)

  • One Supermarket (201B TAMPINES)

  • Toh Eng Lee Mini Supermarket (YISHUN 291)

  • Piak Lan Teng Mini Mart (AMK 338)

  • Teo Chuan Kee Mini Mart (AMK 629)

  • Hoe Kee Huat Supermart (TPY 212)

  • Anchorvale Minimart (COMPASSVALE 267)

  • Online orders from Facebook Live streams

  • Orders with an official receipt from Pin Si Kitchen

Entry Submission

• All entries must be submitted via the online collection page by 10th July 2025, 23:59 hrs Singapore Time (SGT).

• Participants must upload a photo of the receipt, ensuring that the participating outlet, purchased product(s), purchase date, and receipt number are clearly visible for validation.

• Handwritten receipts are not accepted

• Fraudulent, duplicated, or tampered entries will be disqualified.

• Pin Si Kitchen reserves the right to request additional proof of purchase if necessary.

Lucky Draw Event

• The lucky draw will be held on 14th July 2025 @ 3.30pm and broadcast live on our official Facebook page.

• Winner Selection: The management of Pin Si Kitchen Pte Ltd will randomly select winners.

• Entry Limit:

  • Every $30 spent in a single receipt earns one (1) chance in the Lucky Draw.

  • $60 in a single receipt spent earns two (2) chances.

  • $90 in a single receipt spent earns three (3) chances, and so on.

Participant Eligibility

• Open to Singapore citizens, permanent residents, and foreigners residing in Singapore, aged 18 and above as of the start of the Lucky Draw period.

• Employees and immediate family members of Pin Si Kitchen Pte Ltd are not eligible.

Winner Notification & Prize Collection

• Notification: Winners will be notified by phone and/or email. Pin Si Kitchen will make up to three (3) attempts within 48 hours.

• If a winner does not respond within five (5) days from the first contact attempt or if the provided contact details are incorrect, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.

• Collection: Prizes must be collected in person at Pin Si Kitchen Headquarters. The winner must present their NRIC upon collection.

• Prize Limitation: Each participant is eligible to win only one (1) prize regardless of the number of entries submitted.

Prizes for the Draw

• Grand Prize: Economy class return air tickets to Japan for two (2) (Travel period: August – October 2025) – 1 winner.

• Second Prize: iPhone 16 – 1 winner.

• Other Prizes: Gold Class movie tickets (3 pairs) – 3 winners.

Terms & Conditions for 1st Prize – Air Ticket Winner

1. General Terms

   • The winner must have complied with all participation requirements.

   • The prize includes two (2) economy class tickets to Japan.

   • Travel is permitted only on designated airline operated flights between Singapore and Japan.

   • Flights are subject to availability in the applicable booking class (Economy, S class or lower).

   • Tickets must be confirmed and issued at least one (1) month before departure.

   • Both the winner and companion must travel together.

   • No upgrades, changes, or frequent flyer mile redemptions are permitted.

   • The prize does not include land transport, additional tours, hotel expenses, meals, or other personal costs.

   • If unclaimed, Pin Si Kitchen reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

   • The prize is non-exchangeable for cash.

   • Pin Si Kitchen is not liable for unforeseen cancellations (e.g., airline issues, government travel restrictions).

   • Winners may be required to participate in publicity activities, including interviews and social media posts.

Liability & Organizer’s Rights

• The Organizer disclaims all liability for any costs, damages, losses, or personal injuries arising from participation, redemption, or use of any prizes.

• The Organizer is not responsible for errors, delays, system failures, security breaches, or other technical issues that may affect participation or prize collection.

• Incomplete, illegible, or late entries may be disqualified.

• In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing, or promotional material relating to the lucky draw, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

• By participating, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

• Pin Si Kitchen reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or terminate the Lucky Draw campaign at any time without prior notice.

General Law & Disclaimer

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
