  • HR Admin Assistant
    Job Description: Human Resources Management: Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including: Monthly payroll processing Weekly employee duty roster planning Recruitment and work pass/quota management Coordination of employment medical examinations and statutory filings (e.g., OFWAS, IR8A, IR21, WICA) Administration of insurance, attendance & leave records, welfare, and training programs Support employee relations and engagement initiatives Statutory Compliance: Manage submissions for CPF, SDL, donations, FWL, and FWL waivers Process claims such as government-paid childcare, maternity, paternity leave, and NS reservist make-up claims Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Employee Relations and Documentation: Act as the primary contact for employee relations, handling grievances and disciplinary matters Draft and issue official documents, including letters of appointment, confirmation, and promotion Performance and Talent Management: Facilitate annual staff performance appraisals, salary reviews, and bonus allocations Oversee job postings, candidate interviews, and recruitment processes Onboarding and Administration: Manage onboarding, orientation, and benefits for new hires Maintain accurate employee records using the Info-Tech Cloud HR system Event Coordination: Organize company events and team-building activities periodically Liaise with suppliers and vendors for event arrangements General Administration: Monitor and manage procurement of office and stationery supplies Assist with statutory surveys and reporting (e.g., LMS, MOM surveys) Government Liaison: Communicate with government agencies regarding funding applications, renewals, and inquiries Ad-Hoc Duties: Undertake additional tasks as required to support the HR and administration functions Requirements: Diploma in Human Resources or a related field At least 1 year of experience in full-spectrum HR and administration Proficiency in the Info-Tech Cloud HR System is essential Strong written and verbal communication skills Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously A positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Junior Sales Executive
    Duties and Responsibilities: Create new sales by cold calling Execute all sales activities from preparing quotation, sales order, delivery order or invoice Answering of calls, attend to customer inquiries Manage customer complaints Provide good after-sales service to customers.
