No we are not halal certified but able to cater with **No Pork No Lard**
Mini buffets are ideal for events with a smaller number of people – great for casual gatherings and office lunches! Food comes in disposable trays that are dropped off at the location. Please note that buffet setup, tables and warmers will not be provided for mini buffets.
Regular buffets normally cater for a larger group of people. Food comes with complete table layout, skirting and warmers.
Yes, we can assist in prepare vegetarian bento separately. Please check with us for further details.

Yes, you can but this can only be done for orders above 60 pax. Else, you may consider placing a side order for the additional main course needed.
We pride ourselves for using only quality ingredients and our servings cater to the exact number of guests based on your order. Our food portion for regular buffet is based on a 1:1 ratio. As certain popular dishes may run out faster than other dishes, we would encourage you to increase the quantity catered for your guests. **Add-on of additional pax can only be done in incremental of 5.

Upon receipt of your sales enquiry, our Sales Representative will contact you. A written confirmation will then send to your email or via WhatsApp messaging. Please give us a follow up call at 6758 8177 if you do not hear from our Sales Representative within 48 hours.
We provide a 20% buffer for the number of catered pax. For example, if you cater for 80 pax, 96 disposable cutleries will be given.
Orders should be placed and confirmed at least 3 working days for below 30pax event and 7 working days for below 100pax event. But not to worry, you may still call us to ask for time slot availability. We will do our best to serve you well.
No decrement in the number of pax is allowed once order is confirmed.
Increment of pax MUST be made at least 2 working days in advance and is subjected to our availability of ingredients.
If you need to make changes to your order, you can call us at +65 6758 8177 at least 4 working days before your event date to check if the changes can be done. $20.00 (with GST $21.40) will be levied on any changes made. Our sales consultants will be able to assist you.
Meals will be delivered according to the requested time. However actual delivery timing may vary +/- 50 mins from the stipulated delivery timing due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic conditions.
Based on SFA regulations, it is best to be consumed within 1 hour for food that comes without warmer such as mini set, bento. As for a buffet with warmer, it is best to be consumed within 3 hours.
Recommended best time for consumption will be stated in the timestamping delivered together with your meal.
Hence, please note that we are unable to accommodate any extension of the collection time. We appreciate your kind understanding on this matter.

Allowing us to know earlier enable us to plan our arrival time and manpower allocation for your delivery. We will impose a surcharge of $50 (subject to GST) on top of the no lift access charge if the above scenario happens and we are not notified. We will not be liable for any delay due to the above circumstances if we are not being informed earlier.

Yes but Pre-payment must be made at least 3 working days prior to the event. Cheque should be made payable to “Pin Si Kitchen Pte Ltd”. A service fee of $30 (subject to GST) will be applicable to you for any cheque bounce
Each table measures 3 feet by 3 feet (square table). The number of tables allocated will be based on the number of pax ordered. In normal circumstances, a total of 4-5 tables will be allocated per buffet which will make up to 15 feet by 3 feet. Do advise on the space availability when you place your order and our sales consultants will try to accommodate as much as we can.

Yes, you can use your table for buffet set up, however, do note that prices remain the same.
You can consider our mini sets that do not require any buffet set ups.

50% of invoice amount will be charged for cancellation made after confirmation.
100% of invoice amount will be charged for cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice.
An administrative fee of $100 (subject to GST) is applicable to process the refund upon customer’s cancellation.

Should you wish to cancel your event, you will be charged at the following rates:
Cancellation more than 14 days to event will be charge 20% of the total invoice amount
Cancellation between 8-14 days prior to event will be charge 50% of the total invoice amount
Cancellation within 7 days and below of the event will be charge 100% of the total invoice amount
