Sweet & Sour Pork 香脆咕噜肉

Preparation method:
1) Deep-Fry or Air-fry the pork for 4 minutes at 200°C, set aside
2) Heat up a wok, add in the sauce
3) As soon as the sauce thickens, transfer the pork into the wok and stir well with the sauce.
